Thank you for choosing TLC to kick-start, or return to, your aesthetic and/or wellness journey! On this page, you’ll find the booking app for both pre-treatment consultations and – for patients who have been to us before and are ready to select their session – direct links to book their treatment.

A few important things to note...

  • Our Bio Identical Hormone Therapy treatment involves us guiding you through a simple but unique testing process, so you’ll need to contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements.
  • Pre-treatment aesthetic consultations come with a flat fee of £150, or £595 for those relating to hair loss (TrichoTest). If you undergo your treatment within three months of your initial consultation, this aesthetic consultation fee is deductible – it will be redeemed against treatment costs when you settle your bill. For new patients booking their first appointment a £150 charge will be applied to your card and kept on your account for 3 months to be used against any treatment costs. The only exceptions are the consultation fees we charge for medical services relating to treatments such as hair loss and hormone therapy, in which case the deposit is put towards the cost of the medical consultation.
  • To ensure we get the very best outcome for your treatment, prior to your appointment we’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire or two, and in some instances provide photos. Please rest assured that all information is handled with the utmost discretion, and that your privacy is of the greatest possible importance to us.
  • As a very busy clinic, we’re sure you’ll appreciate that we need 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, to enable us sufficient time to be able to rebook your slot with another patient. If you don’t cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment this charge will be due.
  • To be fair to all our patients, all appointments are subject to availability until they are paid and confirmed.
  • For our existing patients card details are captured at the point of booking but no charges are applied at this time. This card will be kept on your patient file to be charged £150 but only in the event of a late-cancellation or a no-show.
  • The whole team at The Lovely Clinic is committed to providing a welcoming, comfortable and safe environment, where both patients and staff are entirely confident that best practice is being followed at all times. As such, all patients are entitled and welcome to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure. If that applies to you, please tell the team know no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment, so that we can make all the necessary arrangements. Please note that in some circumstances, the doctor may proactively ask for a chaperone to be present (we’ll inform you immediately if this concerns you and your booking).
  • Booking an appointment implies agreement to our terms and conditions, which can be found here. We strongly recommend that you read these in full prior to proceeding – if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know, we will do our very best to answer them in full and in plain English, as well as in a timely manner.

Please note the following points before proceeding to the booking site:

 

  • For new patients making their first booking with a doctor please note that your card will be charged £150 for the initial consultation fee to be processed. Initial consultations with our nurse practitioner Gina are currently free of charge for a limited time.
  • For more information about our specific treatment charges please see our pricing guide or get in touch.
  • Following a consultation appointment with a doctor, if you choose to undergo treatment within three months of the original consultation, the £150 consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of treatment and will be held on your patient account.

  • For our existing patients, your card details will be captured at the point of booking and are held on your patient file but no charges will be applied except in the event of a late-cancellation or no-show (see below).
  • The Lovely Clinic’s Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to all appointments which are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. All such cancellations or rescheduling will incur a cancellation fee of £150. This charge will be levied against the card details taken at the time of booking and no further appointments will be arranged until the cancellation charge has been settled. For appointments lasting 60 minutes or longer, we require a minimum of 96 hours notice, and the charge is £300.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge the late-cancellation fee of £150 to avoid unfair impact on our other patients.

  • Certain services - such as Sculptra®, Lanluma® and Desirial® - will require payment in full prior to booking.

  • Packages, once commenced and the first service is taken, are strictly non-refundable. If a package is cancelled prior to commencement, the cancellation must be received within 48 hours of the first appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of £150 will be incurred.

  • Botulinum toxin review appointments must be taken within four weeks of the original appointment. Any other timescale must be agreed with the clinic by prior arrangement.

  • Payment rendered is for the services performed only and no guarantee is given regarding any specific outcomes.

  • New patients are seen for consultation and assessment. In order to comply with General Medical Council guidelines, in exceptional circumstances, certain treatments may be carried out on the day of consultation at the agreement of the patient and clinician. More invasive treatments must be scheduled for an appointment at a later date. There is an option for an online consultation should you be travelling a long distance.

  • Treatment is granted at the discretion of the clinician. No guarantee is given that treatment will be provided for a service booked online as it may be unsuitable.

  • Your card details will be securely stored on our payment system for your convenience. This information can be removed at any time upon on request.
