These more technical facials add precision targeting and additional derma-boosting enrichment to the proceedings, accelerating sluggish skin cell renewal and acknowledging that for the most potent results – particularly when it comes to fine lines and pigmentation – going below the epidermis is best.
Perfect for mild scarring and textural irregularities, hyperpigmentation, large pores, the signs of ageing and wrinkles – or simply achieving a fabulous glow – they’re suitable for all skin types, including those with acne and rosacea, as each session is tailored with concern-specific solutions.
The foundation of every TLC Fabulous Infusion facial (performed in varying sequences, depending on your skin condition and goals) is a deep cleanse, chemical peel and mask. We then offer upper-layer skin-shaving exfoliation of dermaplaning (as an optional extra) and either lymphatic drainage or the application of gentle steam to the face to open your pores, followed by extraction to remove blackheads and reduce minor breakouts if applicable.
We’ll also curate a mix-and-match combination of the five-pronged Préime DermaFacial toolkit: the AquaB ‘hydrofacial’, which cleanses, exfoliates and refreshes the skin with an infusion of nourishing active ingredients; VibroX, a bespoke microdermabrasion, including a basic ‘no needles’ carboxytherapy-style treatment where CO2 bubbles are suffused into the skin via a gel to stimulate blood circulation; Collagen+, in which radiofrequency technology induces mild thermal damage, helping to stimulate the skin’s own healing processes; MicroT, which uses ever-popular micro-current technology to tone and tighten; and the moisture-replenishing excellence of UltraB, where high-frequency ultrasound is used to activate the skin’s ability to absorb products more effectively (meaning all that serum goodness actually makes it into your skin, rather than just lying on top of it).
You can also expect a healing dose of LED light therapy (we use the Korean hospital grade system, Lem Light), potentially amplified by Lumixa – a unique photodynamic serum-gel, which reduces inflammation and stimulates collagen production, enhancing skin regeneration.

Originally pioneered in the 1950s, the still-superb mesotherapy treatment is the technique used to dispense micro-injections directly into the skin – mainlining rejuvenation-rich hits of vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants and hyaluronic and amino acids (amongst other active ingredients) for a delectable derma-boost. For this kind of ‘classic’ mesotherapy, we use the anti-ageing, high-performing skincare brand Filorga as a base, and then add to it when necessary to treat specific skin conditions.
Also known as carbon dioxide therapy, carboxytherapy involves delicately dispensing medical-grade infusions of CO2 (a gas which occurs naturally in the body) into the face via microscopic injections. This is particularly ideal for tightening the face and reducing dark circles.
Fast, ultra-precise and minimally invasive, the FDA-approved SkinPen® Precision (the jewel in the crown of contemporary modern microneedling) creates tiny perforations in the surface of the skin to stimulate the body’s own healing processes – smoothing wrinkles, fine lines and acne scarring whilst improving overall skin health at the same time.
We also offer a combination of microneedling and mesotherapy to supercharge this facial experience. Again, we use the hyper-targeting excellence of the handheld FDA-approved SkinPen® Precision microneedling device to inject a bespoke mesotherapy blend of vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants and amino or hyaluronic acids into the face to plump and smooth the skin.
Exosomes (the tiny growth-factor-containing sacks generated by animal or plant cells capable of supercharging skin regeneration and hair growth) can also be administered via microneedling in order to ensure they penetrate deeply. These hyper-healing micro miracle workers – ours come from renowned Korean manufacturer ExCoBio – are superb for treating inflammation, boosting immunity and remedying chronically-stressed skin (amongst many other triumphs).
